Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Perform night audit duties as required

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Experience in guest relations or hospitality management is preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
